Job Responsibilities:
As a Night Shift Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome Guests: Handle check-in and check-out smoothly.
- Provide Information: Share details about our services and local attractions to guests
- Assist Guests: Address inquiries and feedbacks effectively. Report to management to develop timely and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain Standards: Keep a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage Records: Check invoices and prepare necessary documents.
- Team Support: Help with other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Requirements:
- Who You Are: Male/Female candidates with good communication skills.
- Language Skills: Basic to good English is required.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and hotel software.
- Experience: Previous hotel reception experience is a plus.
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Night Shift: Available from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (1-hour break).

- Salary: Negotiable + 30% night shift allowance + service charge + meals during work hours.
- Social Insurance: As per government regulations.
- Time Off: 4 days off per month + 13 days of annual leave (upon signing a contract).
