• Promotion is applied to Vietnamese nationals or expat guests with a residence card in Vietnam (Identity Card or Residence Card must be presented).

• Booking is non-refundable, non-changeable, and may be transferred to others with written confirmation from Topas Ecolodge.
• Limited number of rooms applicable for promotion; the Promotion may end early without prior notice
• Promotion applies to new bookings from April 15th 2026.
• Booking can be made in advance and stay dates can be decided later, with validity until June 30th 2026.
• Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional programs.
• Booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
• Groups of 7 rooms or more must book dinner daily according to set menu (1 menu per group). 25% discount for children 5-10 years old; children 11 years and above charged as adults. Children under 5 years old share with adults or order from children’s menu.
• Extra bed or sofa bed surcharge: 1,500,000 VND/night

          Children policy

✓ Maximum 1 child up to 10 year-old can share bed with parent
✓ Free of charge for maximum 1 child up to 5 year-old sharing bed with parent
✓ Surcharge at 300,000 VND/night for children from 5 to 10 years old sharing bed with parent
✓ Extra bed or sofa bed is mandatory for a second child.
