We are Hiring! Sales & Marketing Specialist – Korean Market

OVERVIEW

Based in Hanoi, the Sales & Marketing Specialist role is a great opportunity to promote one of Vietnam’s most beautiful lodges, Topas Ecolodge. Established in 2003 and part of the Topas Explorer Group, Topas Ecolodge has consistently been a favored mountain retreat for international travelers visiting Vietnam. To support our market expansion strategy, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our presence in the Korean market. 

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company’s products or services. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all requests of reservation from Korean market via email, phone, Facebook, Instagram,… 
  • Follow up bookings from OTAs of Korean market to reconfirm booking, upsell and cross sell 
  • Handle customer services related to Korean market, answer guests’ feedback and review in Korean 
  • Suggest and implement ideas, price policy or promotion campaigns for Korean market 
  • Support Operation team to communicate with Korean guests at the lodge 
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and translate all marketing materials (website content, sales materials, promotional and social media content, etc.) into Korean. 
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and marketing teams. 

Candidates should have

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or equivalent education/experience. 
  • Languages: Fluency in Korean is a must, fluency in English is a plus. 
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean  
    • Sales and Business Development 
    • Client Relationship Management 
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and result-oriented mindset 
    • Market research and analysis 
  • Experience:  
    • At least 1 year in the same field in international hospitality organizations.  
    • Ability in preparing, conducting, and participating in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and roadshows.
