JOB TITLE: Purchasing Executive 

This is a great opportunity to join the friendly Topas Vietnam team and contribute to the award winning Topas Ecolodge, the Vietnam Trail Series events, and to our tours.  The role is based in Hanoi as part of a lean, specialized team, with ample opportunity to travel, learn and grow. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role for a Purchasing Executive based in Hanoi. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders and requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring efficient purchase management. Daily tasks will include:

• Receiving and handling PO from other departments
• Setting plan for purchasing, suitable with demand
• Searching for suppliers and prices
• Negotiating with suppliers to have best price
• Doing the payment as requirement
• Reconciling debt payment in the end of month
• Going out for buy and search suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
