Terms and conditions

    • This sale is only applicable to those living in Vietnam. Please send your local ID or proof of residency when making the booking (work permit, residence card, visa sticker photo)
      • The booking number and ID or passport must be presented upon check-in
      • Sale Period: October 1st – October 31st, 2020 
      • Stay validity: For stays from October 1st 2020 – 30th June 2021 
    • If the lodges are closed or travel bans/restrictions apply, booking date can be amended and/or transferred to another person for use with written confirmation from Topas Ecolodge
    • Autumn retreat is non-refundable; however, booking date may be amended one time free of charge 14 days prior to check-in
      • Changing the date a second time will incur a 1,000,000 VND fee/booking
    • Surcharge information
      • 990,000 VND/night for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night bookings as well as public holidays
      • 800,000 VND/person for Gala dinner on Christmas Eve (Dec 24th, 2020) and New Year’s Eve (Dec 31st, 2020)
      • Extra adult with own bed and meals – 1,600,000 VND/night
      • Upgrade to Suite bungalow – 2,000,000 VND/night
      • Upgrade to Deluxe Suite bungalow – 3,000,000 VND/night
    • Booking with children
      • No surcharge for 1 child under 6 years old if sharing bed and food with adult
      • First child between 6 – 10 years with own meals but sharing bed with adult – 650,000 VND/night
      • Second child or child above 10 years old  with extra bed and meals – 1,600,000 VND/night
