The Stilt House Restaurant
The Stilt House is located on the second floor of a traditional Tay Stilt House. The restaurant prides itself on serving seasonal, local organic produce of the highest quality, with sustainability at its core, in a relaxed and warm environment.
Led by Head Chef Mr. Liem and Restaurant Manager Mr. Thien, the kitchen team conjure up an array of delectable Northern Vietnamese dishes, along with a few favorites from the center and south of Vietnam.
