Perched atop the first hill, overlooking the breathtaking Ban Ho Valley, the majestic mountains of Hoang Lien National Park, and the stunning Thanh Kim rice terraces, 360° Grill offers an unparalleled dining experience. Specializing in Western cuisine crafted from the finest local ingredients and premium imported steaks, complemented by a carefully curated wine list, this venue is a true culinary gem.
At 360° Grill, we offer premium steaks, fresh fish, and a selection of creative vegetarian dishes — all crafted by Executive Chef Benjamin and his dedicated culinary team.
At the heart of the restaurant is our circular show kitchen, where guests can enjoy an immersive dining experience as the chefs skillfully apply modern international techniques, including open-flame cooking. Our attentive Restaurant Manager ensures that every detail is perfect, allowing you to relax and savor your meal.
When night falls, the restaurant is bathed in warm, ambient lighting, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere enhanced by candlelit tables – ideal for a memorable evening.

- Breakfast at 360° Grill is an elegant experience, combining a light buffet, a rich à la carte menu, and charming cupcake towers served directly at your table, all to be enjoyed with refreshing sparkling wine.
- Breakfast at Restaurant 360 is exclusively for guests staying in the Garden Suite Bungalow, Deluxe Suite Bungalow, and Pool Villa, available daily from 7:00 to 10:00.
Stilt House Restaurant
Located on the second floor of a traditional Tay stilt house, The Stilt House offers all-day dining celebrating the fragrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine from the North and South, along with a creative selection of dishes inspired by international cuisines, thoughtfully curated by our talented Head Chef.
Our menu highlights the best of seasonal market produce, fresh poultry from Topas Farmhouse, and ingredients sourced from Topas Organic Garden and neighboring markets, placing sustainability at the heart of every dish. The restaurant’s relaxed and cozy interior offers sweeping views of the iconic Thanh Kim rice fields.

Infinity Pool Bar
With breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain vista, our Pool Bar situated next to the upper-level infinity pool is not to be missed. If you’re feeling peckish while sunbathing or splashing around, we serve colorful Poké bowl, as well as salted snacks, cocktails, beer, wine, and ice-cold tea.

Inn Bar
Located on the ground floor of our traditional Tay Stilt House, the Inn Bar perfectly encapsulates the Danish Hygge, from the refined, comfortable furniture design to the soft lighting and muted color scheme.
At the heart of the bar is an open stone fireplace, perfect for gathering to roast marshmallows and chestnuts in winter or enjoying a cold craft beer while playing darts or boardgames in the summer.
The menu offers a fine combination of wines, cocktails, and hot beverages, as well as a small selection of comforting finger foods.
Pavilion Restaurant
Dine under the stars in our outdoor Pavilion restaurant, with limited seating ensuring a quiet and peaceful ambiance.
We invite you to enjoy our Signature Local Dinner Experiences, prepared by our talented Head chef, Mr. Vien, from Lao Cai. All dishes are traditionally presented on a bamboo platter, perfect for sharing. The dinners are served at Pavilion Restaurant on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
NOTE: Pavillion Restaurant will be closed from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, due to colder weather.
Room Service Menu
