Topas Ecolodge location
The setting of Topas Ecolodge is truly the stuff dreams are made of. Surrounded by a dramatic scenery of mountain peaks and lush valleys filled with rice, corn, and wheat, you’ll find us within the boundaries of Lao Cai province’s Hoang Lien National Park, which encompasses an area of 30 km2 and stretches all the way south from just outside of Sapa town.
There are a number of ways to reach us, depending on your budget and schedule, the most comfortable of which is our join-in shuttle service which completes a daily journey from Hanoi to Topas Ecolodge within 5 hours before returning to Hanoi.
Get to Sapa by
Topas Mountain Express!
The Topas Mountain Express features a comfortable ten-seat vehicle, thoughtfully designed for your journey. Each vehicle is equipped with private reading lights, Wi-Fi, personal rechargeable USB ports, refillable water, and snacks for your convenience.
Our experienced and professional drivers will ensure you have a smooth and comfortable journey up (and down!) the mountains, as well as the opportunity to stretch your legs and use the restroom approximately halfway between Hanoi and Topas Ecolodge (around the 2.5-hour mark).
Note:
- Due to space restrictions, each guest may bring a maximum of 1 suitcase/ bag with maximum dimensions of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
- Seat belts are mandatory in our vehicles; if not fastened, the Topas Mountain Express limousine will not operate.
Daily Departure:
HANOI TO SAPA SCHEDULE:
- 6:45 – 7:30: Departure from Hanoi.
- 7:45 – 8:15: Departure from Noi Bai Airport.
- 12:30 – 12:45: Arrival Topas Ecolodge.
- 12:45 – 13:00: Transfer to Sapa.
- 13:45 – 14:00: Arrival your hotel in Sapa.
SAPA TO HANOI SCHEDULE:
- 12:00: Pick up from your hotel in Sapa to Topas Ecolodge.
- 12:45 – 13:00: Arrival Topas Ecolodge.
- 13:30: Departure from Topas Ecolodge.
- 18:15 – 18:30: Arrival Noi Bai Airport.
- 18:45 – 19:00: Arrival Hanoi.
For guests staying at hotels in Sapa, transportation to and from Topas Ecolodge will be provided by car or bus. While waiting for the transfer via Topas Mountain Express, complimentary tea and coffee are available at Topas Ecolodge’s Welcome House.

Complimentary Shuttle Bus
We provide a number of transfers to and from the Sapa city center each day. The ride takes around 45-minutes and we recommend you reserve your spot in advance for maximum convenience. This service is complimentary for all guests of Topas Ecolodge.
From Sapa to Topas Ecolodge: 14:00

Please note:
- Please reserve your shuttle service at least 24 hours in advance for your stay at Topas Ecolodge, as seating and departure times are limited.
- The departure schedule is subject to change and may be delayed due to operational factors.
- The pick-up point in Sapa town is 015 Le Van Tam Street, Sapa Ward, Lao Cai Province.
- Each guest is allowed to bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag on the shuttle bus.
- Guests with additional luggage are kindly requested to arrange a private car or take a taxi.
- Seat belts are mandatory in our vehicles; if not fastened, the shuttle bus will not operate.
- The free shuttle bus service is not available for group bookings of 7 rooms or more.
- If our shuttle bus schedule does not fit your timetable, you can use Xanh Taxi at a rate of 300,000 VND per car per trip. Contact number: 0963365899. Please confirm the fare before getting into the vehicle.
