Surcharges

  • Surcharge 1,000,000 VND/night for staying on weekend (Friday, Saturday) and Tet holidays: (31/1 – 3/2/22) and holidays (2/1; 10/4; 1-3/5/22)
  • Compulsory gala dinner surcharge on 24 & 31/12: 1,300,000 VND/adult and 700,000/kid (4-11 years old)
  • Upgrade to Suite Bungalow for 2,000,000 VND/night
  • Upgrade to Deluxe Suite Bungalow for 3,000,000 VND/night
  • Surcharge for 1 extra adult with extra bed and breakfast: 1,300,000 VND/night
  • Child policy
    o No surcharge for max 2 children up to 5 years old sharing bed with adult
    o First child between 6 – 10 years with breakfast but sharing bed with adult: 300,000 VND/night
    o Second child or child above 10 years old with extra bed and breakfast: 1,300,000 VND/night

(*) The credit amount is given per bungalow and needs to be spent during the stay, no cash refund, not redeemable for other services.

(**) There are limited seats available on the Topas Mountain Express, therefore, booking confirmation is upon availability and not applicable for stay on weekend (Friday and Sat) or holidays (2/1; 31/1 – 3/2; 10/4; 1-2/5/22). Topas Mountain Express offer not applicable if the service is unavailable due to covid restrictions imposed by the authorities. Please refer the schedule here

  • Applicable for Vietnamese markets and expats only
  • The booking number and ID or passport must be presented upon check-in 
  • A set menu dinner is applied for groups of 8 people or more (1 set menu/group) 
  • If the lodge is closed or travel bans/restrictions apply, the booking date can be amended within the stay validity and/or transferred to another person for use with written confirmation from Topas Ecolodge.  
  • Bookings are non-refundable; however, the booking date may be amended 3 times free of charge depending on your booking’s size 
    • 7 days prior to check-in for bookings of 1-4 rooms  
    • 14 days prior to check-in for bookings of 5 – 9 rooms 
    • Bookings of 10 rooms or more will be negotiated upon reservation 
  • Changing the date a 4th time will incur a 1,000,000 VND fee/room;  
  • Changing the date less than 7 days  before check-in is subject to property discretion and can be refused
