This sale is applicable for new bookings only; the booking confirmation must be provided with your passport or ID card upon check-in
Sales period: From July 1st – until supplies last
Stay validity: For stays from July 1 – December 22, 2021
- Not valid for stays from 2 – 4 September or 11 – 14 Novembeer 2021
If the lodges are closed or travel bans/restrictions apply, booking date can be amended and/or transferred to another person for use with written confirmation from Topas Ecolodge
- If there is another outbreak in December during your reservation, your booking can be extended until February 28, 2022 (gala dinner, weekend, and holiday surcharges may apply)
- Credit amounts are given per bungalow and need to be spent during the stay. There are no cash refunds and the credits are not redeemable for other services.
- Compulsory set menu dinner (min 400.000 VND/person/meal) for groups with 8 people or more (set menu choice of Vietnamese, International, or vegetarian)
  - 1 set choice/group/meal
Bookings are non-refundable; however, booking date may be amended 3 times free of charge depending on your booking’s size
- 7 days prior to check-in for bookings of 1-4 rooms
- 14 days prior to check-in for bookings of 5 – 9 rooms
- Bookings of 10 rooms or more will be negotiated upon reservation
Changing the date a 4th time will incur a 1,000,000 VND fee/room;
- Changing the date less than 7 days before check-in is subject to property discretion and can be refused
