Booking details

  • * Food and beverage credit amount is given per bungalow and needs to be spent during the stay.
  • **Topas Mountain Express transfer to/from Hanoi for up to 2 guests/bungalow, equivalent to 2.200.000 – 2.800.000 VND. Limited seats, booking confirmation upon availability, not applicable for stays on 30/4 – 1/5; 2-4/9/21.
  • ***Spa credit amount is given per bungalow and needs to be spent during the stay.
  • ****Hiking tours to Nam Cang village with lunch at Topas Riverside for up to 2 guests/bungalow are equivalent to 3.060.000 VND). Please book the tour before arrival or at reception upon check in.
  • Complimentary city shuttle to/from 15 Le Van Tam Street, Sapa (please book at least 24 hours in advance)

  • 1 extra adult with own bed and breakfast
    o 1.300.000 VND/night
  • Child policy
    o No surcharge for 1 child under 6 years old if sharing bed with adult
    o First child between 6 – 10 years with breakfast but sharing bed with adult: 300.000 VND/night
    o Second child or child above 10 years old with extra bed and breakfast: 1.300.000 VND/night
  • Upgrade to Suite Bungalow for 2.000.000 VND/night
  • Upgrade to Deluxe Suite Bungalow for 3.000.000 VND/night

  • This sale is only applicable to those living in Vietnam. Please send a photo of your local ID, visa, or residence card when making the booking
  • The booking number and ID or passport must be presented upon check-in
  • Sales period: From April 15th, 2021, until supplies last
  • Stay validity: For stays from April 16th, 2021 – December 20th, 2021 
  • If the lodges are closed or travel bans/restrictions apply, booking date can be amended and/or transferred to another person for use with written confirmation from Topas Ecolodge
  • Booking is non-refundable; however, booking date may be amended one time free of charge 14 days prior to check-in
    • Changing the date a second time or with 13 – 7 days prior to check in will incur a 1,000,000 VND fee/room; 
    • Changing the date less than 7 days before check-in is subject to property discretion and can be refused
  • Prices are quoted in VND and include government VAT
