This sale is applicable for new bookings only; the booking confirmation must be provided with your passport or ID card upon check-in
Sales period: From June 4 – 30, 2021
Stay validity: For stays from June 4 – September 30, 2021
If the lodges are closed or travel bans/restrictions apply, booking date can be amended and/or transferred to another person for use with written confirmation from Topas Ecolodge
- If there is another outbreak in September during your reservation, your booking can be extended until December 20, 2021
- Credit amounts are given per bungalow and need to be spent during the stay. There are no cash refunds and the credits are not redeemable for other services. In case the Spa is closed due local authority COVID-19 requirements, spa credits are redeemable for tours and/or food and beverage (alcohol included)
- There are limited seats available on the Topas Mountain Express, therefore, booking confirmation is upon availability and not applicable for stays on 2-4/9/21. Please refer to the schedule here
- Compulsory set menu dinner (min 400.000 VND/person/meal) for groups with 8 people or more
Bookings are non-refundable; however, booking date may be amended one time free of charge 14 days prior to check-in
- Changing the date a second time or with 13 – 7 days prior to check in will incur a 1,000,000 VND fee/room;
- Changing the date less than 7 days before check-in is subject to property discretion and can be refused
