We’ve upgraded our dining situation! Say hello to our Infinity Dining Restaurant, located on the top floor of our double saltwater infinity pools. In addition to our room service menu, you will soon be able to sample our unique take on a traditional Northern Vietnamese styled dish, bánh bao. However, we utilize local flavors such as hoisin mushrooms, spicy oxtail, crispy black Sapa pork, and a crunchy vegan tempura, to just name a few.
Our new “Beat the Heat” menu launches as well at both the pools and our designated “sundowner’s plateau” this week! You have the opportunity to choose from a variety of exotic ciders, hard lemonades, and local artisanal beers. The GM’s personal fav is the John Lemon, so do give it a try and let us know if you agree or not!
Lastly, our Pavilion Barbecue received a bit of a facelift with an updated menu celebrating authentic regional flavors over an open fire in a casual-chic outdoor Scandinavian setting. With items like rainbow trout ceviche, colorful ratatouille skewers, and buttery chunky garlic mashed potatoes, you can be sure we will satisfy your appetite and taste buds all in one go!
