Organic Barista Coffee
Topas Ecolodge Manager, Christian, is a big fan of coffee and he’s made it his personal mission to take our barista offerings to the next level.
Two big changes come to our coffee offerings at the lodge this month, both for our beans and the milk.
Firstly, all Topas Ecolodge milk based Barista coffees will now be made using fully organic milk from the first EU certified organic farm in Dalat, which is also powered by solar power.
MULO Cafe Beans
Our new coffee beans come from MULO, an organic coffee brand growing beans in Lam Dong & Dak Lak, the two provinces considered homes of Vietnam’s best coffee.
If you’re serious about coffee be sure to talk to Christian when you come to the lodge and he can advise on the best bean for your choice of ‘cà phê’, whether it’s an espresso, cappucino, latte, or even a ‘cà phê nâu đá’ (iced white coffee, Vietnam style).
